CFA Operations and CFA Public Affairs have produced a Pre-Season Update DVD to complement the recent liftout section in the spring edition of Brigade magazine.
Copies of the DVD will be distributed widely throughout the State in the coming weeks.
The DVD also contains the Strike Team Leader/Sector Commander presentation from 2006/7, Season Review 2005/6, and the Thankyou television advert that was broadcast after the 2005/6 season.

Please can you give us some idea of the size of the download file that you're asking us to view?

Thanks for the comment. The file is 22MB for 10 minutes of footage. If you are worried about this size, every brigade is also receiving copies of the DVD. Hope this helps.

Thank You for the answer. Can you also post download sizes for all links as a 'matter of course' in future? Some of us have to actually pay for our downloads!
PS. I'll wait for this one to arrive at my brigade in DVD format!
Good to see techonology is being put to good use guys! Overview was good - highlighted the fact that there is a lot more to firefighting \ strike teams than just putting "wet stuff on the red stuff".

Thanks for posting the footage on FireFlyer in advance of brigades receiving the DVD.. very informative and like Cara said, good to see CFA making use of technology for vol support info.
