PTA Voting arrangements

By now, most PTA employees should have received a copy of the proposed Professional, Technical and Administrative Agreement 2007, Information Sheet, and Memo from the Director Human Resources in the post.

If you have not received a copy of this material, please contact Melinda Laszlo at CFA HQ. In the meantime, you can find a copy of the proposed Agreement here (members only).

Ballot papers
The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) posted out ballot papers to PTA employees on Monday 21 January 2008. If you have not received the ballot material by today (Thursday 24 January 2008), you should send an email to the AEC: vicelections@aec.gov.au. Alternatively, you can send a fax to 03 9285 7149.

In the email/fax, make a brief statement saying you have not received the ballot material and would like a new set to be mailed to you. You should also include your name and the postal address of where you would like the new ballot material to be sent.
