The Human Resources Directorate is progressively reviewing and developing a suite of comprehensive policies and procedures.
As a result of the review, the Volunteer National Police Record Check Procedure was recently approved.
The Volunteer National Police Record Check Procedure clarifies and streamlines the process to minimise delays and enable more efficient processing. It also incorporates a flowchart to provide an overview of the process and to highlight anticipated timeframes.
