CFA is working in conjunction with a student team from the United States to conduct research about what volunteers think of their training.
The team will be surveying volunteer firefighters over the next two months to help CFA gain insight into current training delivery. It is hoped the data collected from this survey will improve future planning and training development.
The survey has now closed and analysis of the results has begun.

Volunteers need to get on this survey and let the CFA know how they feel. I must say some of the questions and content could have been better framed,there is afair chance that some of the data will be skewed because of this,Ajay
Whilst the internet is an excellent resource, not every volunteer has access to it therefore more of this info. needs to be devolved to station level for all to access.
