2008 CFA Member Survey - Have your say

survery posterThe CFA Board is asking members to provide feedback on how you think the organisation is going. The Board has commissioned the 2008 CFA Member Survey, which you can complete from 1 - 31 August 2008.

The survey has been developed by the Australian Catholic University working with CFA, Volunteer Associations and Unions.

The survey asks for your perspective on:

  • your CFA involvement
  • the quality of service CFA offers
  • the expectations CFA places on its members
Essentially, the survey gives you the chance to have your say.

You can access the survey:
  1. online at www.2008cfamembersurvey.com after 1 August 2008;
  2. in hard copy as an insert in the winter edition of Brigade magazine (due out in late July); or
  3. in hard copy by calling 1800 302 428 after 1 August 2008.
CFA intends to use the survey results to:
  1. strengthen its relationships with you, the Volunteer Associations, and Unions; and
  2. improve its policies and procedures.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous and all CFA volunteers and staff are encouraged to take part. It will give CFA a good insight into how you think the organisation is going.
