CFA seatbelt survey

CFA is conducting a seatbelt survey that is aimed at gathering baseline data on the use of seatbelts in CFA appliances. The survey intends to provide greater understanding of the current rate of seatbelt use:

  • on and off the fireground;
  • in the ROPS (Roll Over Protection System) versus cabin; and
  • when travelling Code 1 versus 3.
The survey also gives you the opportunity to identify reasons for non-use of seatbelts as well as general concerns. The survey is anonymous, with responses only identified to the level of ‘age’ and ‘urban/rural’.

Please take a couple of minutes to fill out the survey by clicking on this link.

Paper copies can be organised by emailing Pete Luckock on p.luckock@cfa.vic.gov.au or leaving a message on 9262 8662 with your address.

Many thanks for your assistance with this project.
