All CFA brigades would have received the 2008/09 Pre-season Update on DVD, which focuses on key operational and safety messages for the upcoming fire season.
The DVD also features seatbelt safety and the importance of using seatbelts in CFA vehicles.
Each captain should have received three copies of the DVD, together with a letter from the Chief Officer and a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) sheet on seatbelts. Operations Officers have also been sent a copy and each Region will receive 20 copies of the DVD by internal mail.
