Our thoughts are with the many Victorians who have been affected by the recent bushfires.
We encourage any members or staff who, as a result of this tragedy, need financial assistance or support to contact us now on 13 63 73. Our staff are on hand to provide access to funds, replacement cards and other support.
For members who have insurance queries or claims, our insurance providers Allianz and CGU have designated support teams available – call Allianz on 13 10 00 or CGU on 1300 550 194 .
Police Credit Union staff are working closely with Victoria Police, emergency services, community services and government departments to provide assistance where required. We will continue to provide support over the coming weeks to our Victorian members in need.
Finally, our Board, management and staff would like to acknowledge the tireless efforts of emergency services and community organisations that are doing invaluable work for the Victorian community.
