The CFA Pandemic Planning Unit has been active since 4 May 2009. It has updated the CFA response plan to be current with the Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA Vic).
A communications plan has been implemented. Information is gathered from the World Health Organisation and DoHA on a daily basis and then forwarded to management and CFA members via CFA Online and the ESV Health Watch website.
