Operational Agreements signed

An agreement was reached on 14 May between CFA and the UFU, with both parties subsequently signing the Operations Managers/Operations Officers Enterprise Agreements and Deeds of Agreement.

CFA and the UFU have also signed the final documents in relation to the Operational Staff Agreement. This Agreement will now be referred to as the Operational Staff Agreement 2008.

Copies of these signed documents have been posted on the CFA Online (members only).

Given the finalisation of both of these documents, we will be organising an employee ballot so that these Agreements can be lodged with the Workplace Authority.
