Review of HR Policies & Procedures - Corporate Apparel Procedure (Employees only)

The Human Resources Directorate is progressively reviewing and developing a suite of comprehensive policies and procedures.

As a result of the review, the Corporate Apparel Procedure (HR02030) has recently been approved.

Objectives

  • Enable a consistent approach across CFA while also providing sufficient flexibility to accommodate the range of local arrangements currently in place, along with the provisions of the Casual Clothes Policy;
  • Support compliance with registration requirements to ensure corporate apparel is FBT exempt; and
  • Encourage the development of local guidelines, in conjunction with staff, to supplement the minimum standards established in the procedure.

Features
  • The approved corporate apparel registration is incorporated in the Corporate Apparel Procedure.
  • Where preferred suppliers are not available for local ordering, measuring and fitting, accommodation has been made in the procedure for the use of suitable local suppliers.
  • Contact details for preferred suppliers have been published on the Intranet (employees only) by the Supply Officer, Asset Management Directorate.
You can access the Corporate Apparel Procedure on the Intranet (employees only).
