The Reach Foundation has joined forces with CFA Greenvale career firefighter Jamie Luscott to create a unique and exciting BOOTCAMP that will see all funds raised from the event going directly to Reach.
The Reach BOOTCAMP is a five week training camp beginning on 27 September and ending on 1 November. It will be run by Jamie and his team of expert trainers. Their goal is to help you achieve your goals – improving fitness, creating muscle tone and assisting with weight loss.
The structure of the problem is based around two sessions per week, on a Wednesday evening and Saturday morning.
Each Wednesday a session will be held from 6:30pm at Albert Park and Maribyrnong River.
The Saturday sessions are where the excitement begins, beginning at 9am at different locations held across the city. Special guests each week will include members of the Melbourne Football Club, Army Commandos and Special Ops Group trainer Christian Stewart.
One session will see 40 CFA firefighters beat you into shape at Fiskville Training College.
The camp incorporates a race designed around The Amazing Race television program, and will see participants travel around major Melbourne landmarks including; Eureka Skydeck, Luna Park, Melbourne Museum, Melbourne Cricket Ground, and more!
If you are interested in outdoor training within a fun and challenging environment and you want more information, check out the Reach BOOTCAMP brochure (360k).
