Point Cook and Werribee CFA brigades and two MFB appliances responded to Point Cook RAAF base on Saturday 15 November 2008, after a Tiger Moth bi-plane flipped onto its roof.

It is believed the plane flipped after being caught in a gust of wind after landing.

The pilot and passenger were able to walk away from the plane unscathed and the plane owner says he intends to repair the plane.
