Pattison’s visit sees red!

Noble Park brigade played host to a special little boy and his friends on 17 December 2008.

Four-year-old Pattison Cowen had a tour of the fire station and trucks when he visited as part of a Starlight Foundation event.

Pattison loves anything red – including firetrucks – and his wish is to visit Sea World and meet Elmo at the Sesame Street Beach, a wish that is being granted by the Starlight Foundation.

Pattison's family and friends were at the event, where Pattison was presented with his Starlight Foundation travel pack for his trip to Sea World. He also got to share some Elmo cake and red balloons with everyone at the fire station.

Pattison’s love of red firetrucks is further buoyed by the fact that his dad Sean is a Lieutenant with the Noble Park brigade.

Pattison is currently being treated for a medical condition that involves extensive treatment.
